Parameters that can be controlled are video quality, frame rate, size, duration and other parameters. No special programs or plug-ins are required to create SWF video file. It is a simple select and convert Video to swf Flash file operation. One can choose to have either the SWF or the streamed FLV version.
The user interaction panel is a very simple one. It is easy to use and easy to learn. One selects the input file via browsing the disk. Output file is automatically named and the same directory as the source file is used for sourcing the same. Choose the SWF or the stream format of FLV. Video and audio settings are chosen automatically but can be tuned by the user too. All it takes after that is a click on the start button. The program generates the target file and asks if preview is required. Depending on the preference selected prior to conversion the converted movie would keep looping or just play once.
Cons: There are no edit functions available. Some simple edit functions on the input file or the output would have been useful in creating production worthy clips for the web.
Overall a well designed package, a 3 star performer certainly.
